Privacy Policy

Pulsastromix Speed Reviews is a one-person site in Hobart. It handles a small, well-defined amount of personal information, all of which is described here, in line with the Australian Privacy Principles under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).

Who is responsible

What is collected

Only what the enquiry form carries: name, email address, an optional phone number and a free-text message that normally contains a delivery address. No accounts, no newsletter, no analytics, no advertising network, no third-party scripts.

The hosting provider records ordinary server logs including IP addresses and request times, used for security and troubleshooting.

What it is used for

Answering your message. For a cable order, additionally to quote postage, send an invoice by email and address the parcel. Not for marketing, never sold or rented.

Telegram delivery

Form submissions are forwarded to a private chat through the Telegram Bot API, operated by Telegram Messenger Inc. What you type is therefore transmitted to and stored on Telegram servers outside Australia, under Telegram's own terms. Email directly if you would rather not use that route.

Retention

Anything that stays a question rather than becoming an order is gone inside twelve months. Order correspondence is kept while delivery, returns or an Australian Consumer Law claim may still arise, then deleted.

Disclosure

Telegram, on the terms above, and the carrier handling your parcel. That is the whole list. Otherwise to nobody, unless required by Australian law.

Access and complaints

Ask what is held, ask for a correction, or ask for deletion by emailing the address above; a reply follows within 30 days. Unresolved matters may be taken to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.

Security

HTTPS throughout, a hidden anti-spam field on the form, and no payment data at any point — there is no checkout here and card details are never requested by email.

Any revision appears on this page with a new date.
